As a member of the Microsoft Partner Network, Appazur offers verified Microsoft Entra Single Sign On (SSO), and student accounts can be automatically provisioned as they sign in using their usual school district credentials.

Appazur offers Google Workspace Single Sign On (SSO), and student accounts can be automatically provisioned as they sign in using their usual school district credentials. Advanced users can extend HallTrak’s advanced reports using Google’s Pivot Tables and Charts.
ClassLink
Appazur is a ClassLink Certified Partner. ClassLink schools can take advantage of streamlined onboarding and account provisioning.
Student Information Systems (SIS)
This integration is optional, but HallTrak can up with staff and student accounts from most Student Information Systems, including PowerSchool, Aeries, Aspen, Edsembli, Infinite Campus, MyEducationBC, MySchoolManager, Skyward, and Synergy.

Administration Rules
To accommodate specific school policies and needs, administrators can set daily pass limits, restrict certain students from receiving passes simultaneously, and limit the number of passes issued for certain locations.
HallTrak’s Administration Rules support an unlimited number of flexible rules to limit and manage the issuance of hall passes. Unlike other hall pass solutions, HallTrak provides administrators with a flexible rule builder that allows you to develop your own simple or complex rules that may be unique to your school. We regularly add new rule capabilities based on customer requests.

Advanced Reporting
Comprehensive reporting tools allow administrators to identify patterns in hall pass usage and their connections to student behavior, academic performance, and other factors. This data can be used to address issues like truancy, bullying, and bathroom vandalism.
Power user? Unlike with other hall pass solutions, you can extend the reporting capabilities yourself! Although the reports are viewed in the HallTrak Dashboard and a Google account is not required, HallTrak Advanced Reports are implemented internally using Google Sheets, using Pivot Tables and Charts. There is no limit to the available reports because you can access the Google Sheet directly, to modify existing reports and add new ones.

In support of our customers’ compliance with Canadian laws, including provincial Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA), the federal Privacy Act, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Appazur Solutions Inc. hosts all customer data on servers that are physically located within Canada.

There are two options which may affect your quote:
Simplified
A simplified way to set up the Hall Pass program is to use students’ Google, Microsoft, or ClassLink logins provided by the school, without having to import students from Skyward. Student accounts would be created as they each sign in to the app using their school district credentials. Teacher accounts can be imported from Skyward.
Full
Student and teacher accounts may be synced with your Student Information System over SFTP.
